of some of your old favorites.
Ambrosia
Mix
equal amounts of sectioned grapefruit and oranges with fresh sliced
strawberries, sugar and flaked coconut for this popular fruit salad
with a Florida flair.
Pasta Citrus
Salad
Prepare
bow-tie or other pasta and mix with orange sections and red onion
rings. Mix equal parts of yogurt and Mayonnaise. Season with grated
orange peel and paprika. You may add cubed cooked white meat chicken
for a salad that is hearty enough for lunch.
Citrus Seafood
Salad
Add
chilled boiled and peeled shrimp to shredded iceberg and romaine lettuce.
Toss in Grapefruit sections and avocado slices. Serve with your favorite
Thousand Island dressing.
