Orange Christmas Cake

yellow cake mix with pudding
1 cup fresh orange juice from Lang’s
½ cup Canola Oil
¼ cup sugar
4 large eggs
1 cup chopped dried cranberries
1 cup chopped pecan
Preheat
oven to 350 °. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Combine all cake ingredients
except cranberries and nuts in mixer bowl then blend on low for 1
minute. Scrape down bowl the beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold
in cranberries and pecans. Pour in pan and bake on middle shelf of
oven for 45 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack for 20 minutes. Loosen
edges with knife if necessary and invert on wire rack. Let cool for
30 minutes while you prepare glaze. 1 cup confectioner’s sugar 1/3
cup orange marmalade 1 tablespoon orange juice Mix together in small
bowl with wooden spoon. Pour over cake letting it run down the sides.
