Florida Meatballs

2 lbs. ground chuck
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ cup beef broth
½ cup soft bread crumbs
¼ cup orange juice
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon grated lime peel

Combine meat, salt, pepper and beef broth in bowl and mix well. Blend in bread crumbs, juices and peels. Shape into 1 inch balls and fry until brown in non-stick frying pan. Drain well on paper towels while you make:

Fuzzy Navel Sauce

½ cup Fuzzy Navel Jam
½ cup catsup
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish

Drain grease from frying pan and add Fuzzy Navel Jam. Melt over low heat and then add catsup and horseradish. Return Meatballs to sauce in pan. Serve in a chafing dish for great party nibbles or serve over noodles for a delicious main dish.
