Graham-Cracker crust

Yield: 1 (9-inch) piecrust
Preparation: 5 minutes
Bake: 8 minutes
Refrigerate: 1 hour

1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 350.
In a medium bowl, combine crumbs and sugar. Stir in melted butter until thoroughly blended. Press mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie pan, bringing crumbs evenly to the rim.
Bake for 8 minutes; let cool. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour, and then fill.
